- Newsletter subscriptions: if you submit your email to subscribe to The Build, your address is stored by Kit (the email service provider) for the purpose of sending newsletter issues. See Kit's privacy policy.
- Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs) are kept temporarily for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational diagnostics.
- No tracking pixels. No third-party analytics. No cookies set by this site beyond what your browser may set automatically.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the newsletter you asked to receive.
- To detect abuse and operate the site reliably (server logs).
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email vitaliylavelin@gmail.com from the address you wish to query. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
Sharing and storage
Your email is stored by Kit (United States), the email service provider. Server logs are kept on the hosting provider's infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany). No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
