Products sold from this site
This site sells 3 paid services: the Career Snapshot, the Career Strategy Session and The First Quarter. Each is described on its own page. For the Career Strategy Session and The First Quarter, the price, scope and start date are confirmed in writing before payment. The sections below set out the Career Snapshot refund guarantee and the conditions of The First Quarter's continuation guarantee. The remaining terms cover this site.
Career Snapshot: refund guarantee
The Career Snapshot is a written report on your CV, sold for 9 EUR and delivered as a PDF within 24 hours of your intake answers. If the report doesn't help you, reply to the email it was delivered with within 24 hours of that email, and Lavelin Consulting AB refunds the full 9 EUR to the card you paid with. No reason is required. A refund ends access to the report link.
The First Quarter: continuation guarantee
The First Quarter is a 3-month career search partnership that can continue month to month afterwards. The guarantee on its page means the following.
Who it applies to. Clients who completed the first quarter and continued month to month, without a break, for 9 consecutive months from the start date.
What triggers it. At the end of those 9 months the client has not received a written offer of employment or contract for a role inside the target agreed in writing in month one: role level, markets and a compensation floor. An offer inside that target which the client declines counts as an offer received. If the client changes the target after month one, the 9 months count from the date of the change.
What Lavelin Consulting AB provides. The same monthly service, at no charge, month by month, until the client receives the first written offer inside the target. There is no cash alternative and no refund of fees already paid.
What the client provides, during the 9 months and during the free continuation. A written weekly report on Friday. The Monday plan carried out in at least 4 of every 5 weeks. Applications and outreach included in the plan actually sent. Agreed changes to CV, LinkedIn profile and approach made within 2 weeks of being agreed. Scheduled sessions attended.
Continuity. The guarantee applies to a continuous engagement only. A month in which the client pauses the search or does not meet the obligations above does not count toward the 9. If the client stops the engagement, or does not meet the obligations for 2 months in a row, the guarantee ends. Restarting later is a new engagement at the standard rates.
Ending the free continuation. The free continuation carries the same obligations and the same continuity rule. Lavelin Consulting AB may end it, with written notice, if the client has not met the obligations for 2 months in a row. If the client pauses it, it ends.
