Why I built it
As a hiring manager I've read more than 10,000 CVs. I stopped counting in 2024. The pattern that stayed with me was strong candidates with weak CVs. People who had run real projects and couldn't put on paper what they'd actually done.
No one is obliged to know how this works. But knowing it helps.
What I told myself in 2022, when I started doing this on the side
Since then I've done that first read 1 to 1 for clients, before any strategy work starts. The Snapshot puts that first read on paper, for your CV and the move you name, in 24 hours.

Before you buy
Do you use AI?

Then I read the report, and nothing goes out until I approve it. If a report isn't good enough, I don't send it.
Will it rewrite my CV?
No. It names 3 changes and points at the exact line each one is about. You make them, in your own words.
Will it work for my field?
The report is built from your CV and the role and country you name. Most of the people I work with are in capital projects, energy and heavy industry, and that's where my own read is sharpest.
My CV isn't in English.

What happens to my CV?
Your CV, your answers and the report are deleted 90 days after purchase. The report link works for 30 days. Privacy.
