Your Career Snapshot Power Hour Invite

I’m opening a limited number of Career Snapshot Power Hours over the next week.

We take your situation, and in the hour we decide where you aim next, what experience transfers, and what to change in your positioning before you move to outreach and applications.

It’s easy to take the first exit that comes along and end up moving again 18 months later. This hour is there to stop that.

This is the same process I use with people on EPC projects deciding their next move.

I only take 4 Power Hours a week, so availability is tight.

These are “Power Hours”, and the investment is 150 EUR.

Here’s what you get inside your Career Snapshot Power Hour:

1. We test your move against the market

In the hour we look at your goals, your experience and your constraints up against where the roles actually are.

This includes:

  • The role and level your background supports today
  • Which parts of your experience transfer, and which don’t
  • The countries and sectors that make sense, and the ones to drop for now
  • The constraints you can’t move (family, rotation, the package), and what they rule out

You find out which doors are actually open to you before you spend months knocking.

2. We pick your strongest direction

Most people come in weighing 3 or 4 moves at once and making progress on none. We pick one.

This includes:

  • The strongest direction, and why it wins
  • 1 alternative, and why I recommend keeping it open
  • What would make you switch from one to the other

3. We decide where to look first

In the hour we work out what kind of company fits your goal and experience, and how to find more of them.

This includes:

  • The kinds of company to look at first
  • Why each type fits your record
  • What to change in your positioning before you apply

You stop applying to every ad that mentions your title.

This isn’t a template session.

I’m not handing you a list of “10 companies hiring now”.

I work from:

  • Your career situation
  • The moves you’re weighing
  • Your constraints: location, family, the package you can’t drop
  • Where you want to be in 3 to 5 years

It’s built around your background and your limits.

You walk away with

  • A move you’ve tested against the market
  • A clear preferred direction
  • The kinds of company to look at first
  • What to change in your positioning before you reach out

FAQ

What exactly does “Power Hour” mean?

During the hour, we work live and record the decisions as we make them.

When you book, you fill out the Snapshot form and get your report before we meet. We work on your move together, starting from it.

The session is recorded, and within 1 to 2 business days you get the recording with a written summary of the decisions and next steps.

Because these are real cases, I may use anonymised parts of the session as examples in my posts and newsletter later. Your name, employer, project and anything else that could identify you are removed. Here’s an example.

If you prefer the session not to be used in any way, you can choose the Private Power Hour. This is the standard 300 EUR version.

What if now isn’t quite the right time?

If working together makes sense, I’ll extend an invitation to help you act on what we decide and get into conversations with your target companies about the next role.

If it’s not a fit, I won’t.

If you join, your full Career Snapshot Power Hour is credited toward it.

Those options begin at 3,000 EUR.

What do I need before booking?

Just 2 things:

  1. Your CV or LinkedIn profile
  2. The move you’re considering, even if you’re still torn between 2

You don’t need:

  • A polished CV
  • A decided direction
  • A specific job ad
  • To be applying yet

You just need a record on EPC projects that deserves to be shown properly.
