how it started
Why I built it
In 2023 I planned my own move. I had 3 countries on the table, Saudi Arabia, the UK and Sweden, and I weighed each against the work and what my family needed that year. My daughter was born that August.
We are moving to Europe. I will get an offer within 6 months.
What I told myself in August 2023. The Swedish offer came 18 days after I applied.
The speed came from the planning. I knew the seat I wanted, and I messaged the recruiter on the day I applied. Since 2022 I've worked with 60 people on their moves, 1 to 1 and in groups. The Career Strategy puts it on paper for your move, and then we go through it together.

Do you use AI?

How is this different from the 9 EUR Snapshot?
The Career Snapshot reads your CV against a move you've already named. The Strategy starts a step earlier, with which move to make and where. It adds the companies, the people to contact, a full LinkedIn overhaul and a weekly plan, and we go through it together.
